The time between ballots in a convention is an incredible example of networking, reaching out, persuading and occasional arm-twisting. Everyone stares at the math and tries to figure out not just what happens during this move but two or three afterwards, if not many more thereafter. Can Takhar and Hoskins deliver their delegates to Pupatello and Wynne? Will Sousa stay on for another ballot or throw his support to one of the leaders?
